crispy Scotch (Fried) eggs
Ingredients :
1. Boiled eggs 6,
2. All-purpose flour 1 cup,
3. Salt to taste,
4. Oregano 1spoon,
5. Breadcrumbs 1cup or
Crushed Cornflakes,
6. Oil to deep fry,
7. Black pepper,
8. Chili flakes,
Preparation:
1. Take all-purpose flour, salt, oregano,
pepper and chilli flake to a bowl and mix it well.
2. In a deep pan keep oil for frying and let the oil reach frying temperature.
3. Keep the breadcrumbs ready( grind the bread in the mixer and your breadcrumbs are ready.)
4. Take boiled, peeled egg and dip it into all-purpose flour batter.
5. After coating in all-purpose flour, roll these eggs into breadcrumbs/Cornflakes over the egg.
6. Once the oil reaches frying temperature, fry these coated eggs to a golden brown.
7. serve with onion rings and salad.
