Ingredients :


1. Fresh mint leaves 1cup, 

2. Garlic cloves 4-5,

3. Roasted chana dal(chickpeas roasted),

4. Green Chillies 2,

5. Finely chopped onion (rings / long think slices),

6. Lemon 1,

7. Salt as per taste ( use rock salt/ pink salt),

8. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup. 


Preparation


1. Finely chop the onion (rings/ slices) and keep it in a bowl.

2. Grind Roasted chickpeas(roasted chana dal) into a fine powder and add it to the chopped onion.

3. Wash mint leaves and put them in a grinder along with coriander leaves.

4. Now add garlic, green chillies and salt to the grinder and make a fine paste.

5. Mix well the paste with onion, squeeze the lemon 3/4, and add salt. The salad is ready to eat with biryani or with the main course.
