1. Paneer/ tofu sandwich
Ingredients
1. Bread slices 4,
2. Paneer small cubes 1 cup,
3. Cucumber 1/4 cup,
4. Tomatoes 1/4 cup,
5. Onion 1/4 cup,
6. Bell pepper 1/4 cup,
7. Mayonnaise 1/2 cup,
8. Cheese grated 1/2 cup,
9. Butter,
10. Salt,
11. Black paper.
Method
1. Take a bowl and add. Panner cubes, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, onion, black paper and salt.
2. Then add mayonnaise and cheese to veggies and mix well
3. Now take a plate and bread spread butter and veggie and mayo mixture on the bread close with one more piece of bread and cut it into the shape of a triangle.
4. Serve with ketchup or dip.
2. Crispy Sandwich
Ingredients
1. Potatoes 4,
2. Bread slices 4,
3. Onion slices,
4. Tomato slices,
5. cucumber slices,
6. Cheese slices,
7. Butter,
8. Carrot 1,
9. Salt,
10. Green chillies finely chopped,
11. Mayonnaise 1/4 cup,
12. Nacho or potato chips are optional.
Method
1. Grate potato and carrot, add salt and black paper and mix well.
2. Preheat the pan, Grease with oil and spread grated potato and carrots in a small circle. Flip and fry from both sides till it becomes crispy. Make 2 for 2 sandwiches, one for each.
3. Meanwhile take the bread and spread mayonnaise and butter. Keep it aside.
4. Once the potato carrots are ready place them on a buttered sandwich.
5. Now put some sliced cucumber, onion, tomatoes, nacho or potato chips and cheese slice.
6. Grill this sandwich with little butter in a pan.
3. patty sandwich
Ingredients
1. Bread slices 4,
2. Boiled potato 4,
3. Boiled sweet corn 1/2 cup,
4. Onion chopped and sliced,
5. Tomato slices,
6. Butter,
7. Mayonnaise,
8. Ketchup,
9. Oregano.
Method
1. Take a bowl and add boiled potato mash with a masher.
2. Now add boiled sweet corn, salt chopped onion and oregano. Mix well and make small balls.
3. Take each ball on the palm and flatten it with little pressure, giving a shape of a patty.
4. Take a deep pan and shallow fry these patties. Keep aside.
5. Now take a bread slice and spread butter, ketchup and mayonnaise on it.
6. Now put the patty, sliced onion and tomato.
7. Grill this sandwich with little butter in a pan. Do not over press else the parties may break.
4. Mash potato sandwich
Ingredients
1. Bread sliced 4,
2. Boiled potato 2,
3. Chopped cucumber 1/4 cup,
4. Chopped tomato 1/4 cup,
5. Chopped onion 1/4 cup,
6. Chopped bell pepper 1/4 cup,
7. Mayonnaise 1/2 cup,
8. Cream Cheese 3 tbsp,
9. Paneer cubes 1/4 cup,
10. Ketchup,
11. Oregano 1/2 tsp,
12. Salt.
Method
1. Take a bowl and mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and ketchup. Keep aside.
2. In the mayonnaise add paneer cubes, chopped cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, oregano and salt. Mix well.
3. Take a boiled potato and grate it and add salt and oregano. Mix well.
4. Now take a bread slice and spread a thin layer of boiled potato mixture.
5. On the potato mixture put paneer and veggie mixture.
6. Cover with another bread slice and grill in a pan.
7. Enjoy with ketchup or dips.
5. Cheese nacho sandwich
Ingredients
1. Bread slice 4,
2. Cream cheese 1/4 cup,
3. Mayonnaise 1/4 cup,
4. Ketchup 3tbsp,
5. Oregano 1tbsp,
6. Nacho 1 cup,
7. Lettuce leaves.
Method
1. Take a bowl and mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, ketchup and oregano.
2. Spread this mayo cheese mixture on the bread slice.
3. Put some Nacho on it. Cover it with another bread slice.
4. Grill this sandwich in the pan or sandwich maker.
5. Serve with ketchup or dip.
