                                  Exotic Fruity Salad




Serves: 2 Calories: 240cal


Ingredients: 

50gms (1.75 oz) orange; 

200gms (7 oz) ripe papaya; 

50gms (1.75 oz) pineapple; 

50gms (1.75 oz) whole green gram sprouts, 

1tsp vinegar, 

50gms (1.75 oz) cucumber; 

2tsp salad oil; 

salt 

black pepper powder as per taste, 

a few mint leaves.


Method: 

1. Cut the oranges into small pieces and remove the fiber and seeds. 

2. De-skin the papaya, pineapple and cucumber. Chop these fruits into small cubes. 

3. Mix all the cut fruits and vegetables and add the remaining ingredients. Again mix well. Serve immediately.


Importance: This salad is useful in cases of diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. Also serves as an all-purpose general salad.
