Wheat cake recipe for Christmas | healthy wheat chocolate cake | diet cake for Christmas!!

                   


                   chocolate Wheat cake 


Ingredients :


1. Milk 1/2cup, 

2. Vinegar 1 tsp, (substitute with fresh lemon)

3. Oil 1/4 cup, ( olive oil gives the best effect)

4. Curd 1/3 cup, 

5. Brown sugar/ Jaggery powder 1/2 cup, + 2 tsp

6. 1 cup of  Wheat flour (any company Atta, do not use homemade atta)

7. Cocoa powder 1/4 cup, 

8. Baking powder 1/2 tsp,

9. Baking soda 1/4 tsp,

9. Pinch of salt, 

10. Preheated oven, 

11. Greased cake mould, 

12. Vanilla essence 1 tbsp, 

13. chopped walnuts or almonds, 

14. Chocolate chips. 


Method:


1. Take a bowl and add the milk, vinegar or lemon juice. Keep it aside for a minute. 

2. In another bowl take Olive oil, curd and brown sugar/ jaggery powder and mix everything till the sugar dissolves. 

3. Sieve the whole wheat flour (arts), a pinch of salt, baking powder, and baking soda in the oil mixture. 

4. now add Vanilla essence 1 tbsp, chopped walnuts or almonds, Chocolate chips. 

5. Mix the batter by using the cut-and-fold method. Consistency of batter should be thick (not so flowy)

6. Transfer the batter to the greased tin and garnish with walnut and chocolate chips. 

7. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 35 min at 180°c. Check the cake after 25 min.  Vanilla essence 1 tbsp, chopped walnuts or almonds, Chocolate chips. 

8. Cut the cake only when it's completely cool down. 

Note:

Exclude cocoa powder for the vanilla flavour base.
