Approximately makes 12 Potato Cheese balls 


Ingredients:


1. 3 medium Potatoes, 


2. Rice flour 2tbsp,


3.  2 tbsp cornflour, 


3. 2 tbsp Maida/all-purpose flour, 


4. 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes, 


5. 1/2 tsp black powder, 


6. 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves, 


7. 12 pieces of Mozzarella cheese/ any cheese cubes available, 


8. Oregano 1 tsp, 


9.  1/2 cup Bread crumbs, 


10. Oil for frying. 


11. Salt as per your taste, 



Preparation: 


1. Boil 3 medium potatoes, only 70℅ cooked. 


3. Take 2-3 bread slices and grind them in a grinder and bake breadcrumbs. 


4. Once potatoes cool down peel and mash with a masher or simply grate them. 


5. Now add 2 tbsp rice flour, chilli flakes, oregano and salt and mix everything.


6. Cut cheese into cubes.  Now take a spoonful of potato mixture and keep the cheese cube in the centre of it, close and roll it in the palm. prepare all cheese balls this way. 


7. keep them in the fridge for 20-25 minutes. Do not skip this step. 


8. Meanwhile in a bowl take 2 tbsp maida/all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp corn flour and salt add water to it and make a silky batter. Do not make it watery. 


9.  Take a deep pan and keep oil for deep frying. 


10. Now take out the cheese balls and dip into cornflour and maida batter, then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Coat properly. 


11. Check If the oil is hot and fry these coated cheese balls to a golden brown. 


12. Serve with ketchup or with your favourite dip.
