cheesy cabbage roll
Ingredients
1. Cheese slices,
2. Paneer/tofu,
3. Cabbage leaves,
4. Mayonnaise,
5. Onion chopped,
6. Tomato chopped,
7. Butter,
8. Oregano,
9. Salt,
10. Chilli flakes.
Preparation
1. Cut paneer into small cubes. Take it in a bowl and season with salt, toss and keep aside.
2. Take a pan, grease it with butter and shallow fry panner cubes. Take out of the pan and add a 1/2 cup mayonnaise and oregano and chilli flakes mix well and keep the stuffing aside.
3. Take cabbage, Separate the leaves and clean with water.
4. In a deep pan keep water and salt for boiling.
5. Once the water is hot, dip the cabbage leaves in a hot water and take them out immediately.
6. Let the cabbage leaves come to normal temperature. Takes a cheese slice and keep it inside the leave, then on that fill the paneer stuffing and roll the leaves like a spring roll.
7. In a deep pan shallow fry these rolls or deep fry them till golden brown.
8. To deep fry: take a cup of maida/all-purpose flour, 1tbap corn flour, salt and water to it to make a silly batter.
9. Dip the rolls into maida batter and deep fry them.
