Tea time snack, easy egg patty recipe in a pan without mould. Let's have a look at the testy best-fried egg patty recipe.


Ingredients 

1. Eggs 3,

2. Bread slices 3, grind and make bread crumbs.

3. Boiled potato 6, (do not overcook potatoes)

4. Finely chopped onions 1 cup,

5. Green chillies 3 finely chopped,

6. Ginger and garlic paste (use fresh paste for the best result as it has a fresh smell)

7. Finely chopped coriander 1 tbsp,

8. Finely chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup,

9. salt to taste,

10. chat masala 1/4 tsp,

11. dry mango powder 1/4 tsp,

12. oil to shallow fry. (or can deep fry these patties )


preparation 


1. Hard boil the eggs and keep them aside.

2. Boil the potatoes but do not overcook it will lead to a watery patty batter. (potatoes should be 30% raw). when potatoes reach normal temperature peel and grate them on a plate. 

3. Add salt and breadcrumbs to grated potatoes, mix well and keep aside.

4. Add oil to preheated saute pan, fry finely the chopped onion in hot oil, then add finely chopped tomatoes and saute. 

5. Once tomatoes and onion are cooked add ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown.

6. Then grate boiled eggs and mix along with salt, chat masala and dry mango powder. let it cool down completely.

7. Keep the oil for deep frying or grease the frying pan with oil.

8. take the potato and breadcrumbs mixture and make equal balls, fill the egg stuffing into it and gently press with your palm. Deep fry or shallow fry these patties.

9. Serve with ketchup or dip.
