Types of egg omelette recipe for dinner | unique egg omelettes

Potato and corn omelette.

Ingredients 

1. Eggs 2 no, 

2. Potato slices 1/2 cup, sweet corn 1/4 cup

3. Oil 2tbsp and butter 1/2 tsp, 

4. Salt, 

5. Black paper, 

6. Chat masala/ dry mango powder 

7. Oregano 1tsp,

8. Cheese, 

9. Onion 1 cut into thin rings, 

10. Coriander chopped, 

11. Green chillies finely chopped 1/4 tsp. 


Preparation 

1. Clean and peel the potato, cut it into thin slices ( like chips) and keep it in salt water. 

2. In a saucepan melt the butter 1/2 tsp and sauté sweet corn kernel with a pinch of salt and black paper. Keep this aside once cooked. 

3. Beat the eggs in a bowl along with salt, black paper and oregano. Then add green chillies, coriander and cheese (keep half the cheese for layering) and whisk it well. Keep aside for a while. 

4. Preheat the pan, spray the oil and place the potato slices in a circular form, cover the pan with a lid  (for a minute or two) and slow down the flame to let it cook.

5. Check with a fork or knife whether the potato is cooked or not, if it's not cover it with a lid and let it cook for a few more minutes. 

6. Once the Potato is cooked add sweet corn kernels all over the pan, sparkle some shredded cheese and thin onion rings then finally pour the egg mixture. 

7. Flip and cook the omelette from both sides. 

8 serve with tomato ketchup or any cheese dip.
