Easy eggless sponge cake

     Eggless sponge cake.              एगलेस स्पॅन्न केक 



Ingredients :

1.  160 gm maida/ all-purpose flour, 

2. Baking powder 1/2 TSP, 

3. Baking soda 1/2 tsp, 

4. 60 gm Softened butter fat-free, 

5. Sugar 3 tsp, 

6. Condensed milk 200 gm, 

7.  Vanilla essence 1 Tsp

8. 125 ml milk,

 Method :


1. shift flour baking powder, and baking soda, mix & set aside 


2. In a bowl add butter, sugar and condensed milk, and beat on medium speed with a beater for 3 minutes or till form smooth and creamy texture. 


3. Add vanilla essence and mix well and set aside. 


4. Now add the flour mixture. to the batter alternating with milk. Mix to combine. 


5. Do not overbeat. 


6. Tranter the batter to 8" tin. 


7. Bake in preheated oven at 180°℃ for 40-45 min or test with a skewer. 

8. Allow it to cool in a tin,  then de-mould the cake. It's ready for frosting.
