 Summer drink: Smoothies 



1. Banana-Cocoa-Yoghurt


Ingredients 

1. Banana 1,

2. Cocoa powder 2 tbsp, 

3. Protine powder 1 tsp,

4. Honey 1tbsp,

5. Yoghurt 1/4 cup, 

6.  Almond milk 1/2 cup, 

7. Mint leaves for decoration. 


Method 


1. Grind Cocoa powder and protein powder along with banana yoghurt and almond milk. 

2. Add honey and serve with mint leaves. 




2. Strawberry-Apple-Yoghurt 


Ingredients 


1. Apple 1/2cup,

2. Strawberries 1cup,

3. Yoghurt 1/4 cup, 

4. Milk 1 cup, 

5. Chia seeds 2 tbsp,

6. Honey 1 tbsp, 


Method 

1. Blend Apple and Strawberry with Greek Yoghurt and Milk. 


2. Add Chia Seeds and honey. 




3. Banana-Kiwi-Yogurt 

 Ingredients 

1. Banana 1 cup, 

2. Kiwi 1 cup, 

3. Greek yoghurt 1/4 cup, 

4. Coconut water 1 glass, 

5. Honey 1tbsp,

6. Mint leaves for decoration. Optional. 


Method 

1. Chop bananas and kiwi and add greek yoghurt and grind it in a grinder. 


2. Add coconut water, mix well and decorate with mint leaves and serve.
