 Moong and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients: 

15gms (0.53 oz) green gram sprouts; 

20gms (0.88 oz) cucumber; 

15gms (0.53 oz) boiled  potatoes; 

1/4tsp salad oil; 

1/4tsp vinegar; 

1tsp milk; 10gms (0.35 oz) 

lettuce; 50gms 

(1.75 oz) carrot; 

a pinch of black pepper powder; 

salt as per taste.


Method: 

1Chop the cucumber boiled potatoes and carrot into small pieces.


2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. 

3. Garnish with chopped lettuce leaves. 

Importance: Can be prescribed for obese and hypertensive patients (salt excluded).
