 Nachani soup |red millet soup 



Ingredients 

1. Red millet / Nachani powder 2 tbsp, 

2. Butter 1tsp,

3. Green chilli chopped 2 no. 

4. Garlic cloves 2-3,

5. Pink salt as per taste, 

6. Buttermilk 1/2 cup, 

7. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.

Method 


1. To make Red millet powder -Clean red millet makes a fine powder in a grinder. 


2. Take buttermilk in a glass add red millet powder, mix well and keep for 5 hours or overnight. 


3. Take a deep pan and add butter once hot add cumin seeds, and green chillies. 


4. Then add red millet/Nachani and buttermilk mixture to it and mix well. 


5. Let it boil and cook properly.
