Chickpeas Broccoli salad recipe/ weight-loss recipe


Chickpeas Broccoli salad Ingredients: 1 cup of chickpeas(soaked/canned), 1/2 cup Broccoli, 1/2 cup Lettuce, 1/4 cup slices of onions, 1/4 cup of Cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp cheddar cheese, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp of olive oil, Pinch of Salt, Black pepper as per your taste. Chopped  pineapple 1/4 cup Method Soak chickpeas overnight or use canned chickpeas. Take a vessel with a glass of water,  add chickpeas, and salt and let it cook. Once ready take it out and wait to cool down. In a pan add butter, and toss the broccoli with salt in it. In a large bowl take cooked chickpeas and broccoli and add lettuce, slices of onion, and cherry tomatoes.

Season with Vinegar, olive oil,  salt, and black pepper and add cheddar cheese. Mix well.

Add pineapple and enjoy.
