Pineapple Blue cheese salad
Ingredients
1/4 cup pineapple,
1/2 cup of red cabbage,
Lettuce 4-5 leaves,
Blue cheese.

Lemon juice 1/4 tsp. Method cut pineapples in a cube shape. Take a bowl and add Shredded red cabbage, bell pepper, chickpeas, grapes, lettuce and celery. Season with salt and toss, now add olive oil and lemon juice and mix well. Add Blue cheese and the healthy salad is ready.

Method
cut pineapples in a cube shape.
Take a bowl and add Shredded red cabbage, bell pepper, chickpeas, grapes, lettuce and celery.
Season with salt and toss, now add olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.
Add Blue cheese and the healthy salad is ready.
Note:
Blue cheese is a type of cheese characterized by its blue or blue-green veins or spots, which are created by the introduction of Penicillium cultures during the cheese-making process. This mould is responsible for the distinct flavor, tanginess, and characteristic marbling found in blue cheese varieties.
