                                            Baked cheese balls




Ingredients:


1. 3 medium Potatoes, 


2.  1/2 cup Bread crumbs, 


3. 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes, 


4. Salt as per taste, 


5. 1/2 tsp black powder, 


6. 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves, 


7.    Salt as per your taste, 


7. 12 pieces of Mozzarella cheese/ any cheese cubes available, 


8. 4 tbsp Corn flour, 


9. 2 tbsp Maida/all-purpose flour, 


10. Oregano/mixed herbs 1tsp,


11. Oil for frying. 



Preparation: 


1. Boil 3 medium potatoes, only 70℅ cooked. 


3. Take 2-3 bread slices and grind them in a grinder and bake breadcrumbs. 


4. Once potatoes cool down peel and mash with a masher or simply grate them. 


5. Now add 2 tbsp corn flour, chilli flakes, oregano/mixed herbs and salt and mix everything.


6. Cut cheese into cubes.  Now take a spoonful of potato mixture and keep the cheese cube in the centre of it, close and roll it in the palm. prepare all cheese balls this way. 


7. keep them in the fridge for 20-25 minutes. Do not skip this step. 


8. Meanwhile in a bowl take 2 tbsp maida/all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp corn flour 

and salt add water to it and make a silky batter. Do not make it watery. 


9.  Preheat the pan, grease some oil on the cheese balls and shallow fry. 


10. For weight loss, you can use an electric air fryer. 


12. Serve with ketchup or with your favourite dip.

3.  2 tbsp cornflour, 


3. 2 tbsp Maida/all-purpose flour, 


4. 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes, 


5. 1/2 tsp black powder, 


6. 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves, 


7. 12 pieces of Mozzarella cheese/ any cheese cubes available, 


8. Oregano 1 tsp, 


9.  1/2 cup Bread crumbs,
