- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- 1/2 tsp garam masala

- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

- Salt to taste

- Ghee or oil for cooking


 Method:


1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, grated cauliflower, chopped onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, and salt.

2. Knead the mixture into a soft dough using water as needed. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a small circle.

4. Place a portion of the cauliflower stuffing in the centre of the circle. Bring the edges together, sealing the stuffing inside.

5. Gently roll out the stuffed ball into a paratha.

6. Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, spreading ghee or oil as required.

7. Serve hot with yoghurt, pickle, or any side dish of your choice.

- 4-5 medium-sized turnips, peeled and cubed

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 tomato, finely chopped

- 2 green chillies, slit lengthwise

- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- 1/2 tsp garam masala

- Salt to taste

- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

- Oil for cooking


 Method:


1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

3. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chilli powder. Mix well.
